When you rent a dumpster, work here, or otherwise give us a mobile number for texts, we collect that number and the content of texts needed to do the job (scheduling, on-the-way updates, reminders, pickup, dispatch, time-off, and other shop operations).

We use mobile numbers only to send and receive Advance Disposal operational texts. That includes customer job texts (for example, we are on the way, rental reminders, pickup) and staff/crew texts for dispatch and shop operations, including texts on (916) 282-0287.

We do not share mobile numbers

We will not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency

Customers typically receive a few messages per rental (scheduling, on-the-way, reminder, and pickup). Staff may receive messages as needed for dispatch and shop operations. Message and data rates may apply.
