Advance Disposal SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the Advance Disposal texting program (?Cutter SMS? and customer job texts). Advance Disposal Inc. sends texts about dumpster rentals and shop operations, not mass marketing.

Program

Advance Disposal may text customers who give us a mobile number when they book a dumpster (confirmation, on-the-way, rental reminder, pickup). We may also text staff and approved shop contacts for dispatch, time-off, and other operations, including from (916) 282-0287.

How you opt in

Customers opt in by giving Advance Disposal a mobile number when they order by phone, text, or the website, for job updates about that rental. Staff are added by the office for work texts. We do not use pre-checked marketing boxes and we do not require a marketing opt-in to complete a rental.

Frequency and rates

Customers typically receive a few messages per rental. Staff may receive messages as needed for dispatch and shop operations. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and opt out

Reply STOP to cancel texts from that number. You will receive a confirmation and no further program texts from that number.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy. We will not share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
